My work is defined by a simple goal: making sure people can actually access the help they need. I focus on closing the gap between what services are supposed to do and what people experience in real life, so support doesn’t stop at information—it leads to real outcomes.

Our work focuses on helping people access the services they need. We look at how individuals move through systems, where they get stuck, and how we can make the process easier. The goal is to make sure people can actually connect to support—not just be told it exists.
-
This work is for organizations and leaders who want to make sure people can actually access and use their services—not just know about them. It’s for those focused on real results and lasting impact.

Our approach is informed by what happens in real life—not just how systems are designed to work, but how people actually experience them. We use applied research, community insight, and lived experience to understand where people get stuck, what barriers exist, and what it takes to move from information to real access. This includes looking closely at what happens at the point of service, where small interactions often determine whether someone gets support or falls through the cracks.

Engagements are shaped by the nature and complexity of the work. This may include strategic advisory, applied research, program or systems design, and implementation-focused support. The structure of the engagement follows the problem being addressed.

My work is informed by an interdisciplinary academic foundation, including a Doctorate in Education, a Master of Public Health, and a Master of Science. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member in public affairs and administration, where I engage in graduate-level teaching.
This dual role—across research, practice, and education—shapes an approach that is both analytically grounded and focused on real-world application.
